Polyfoam Handyboard

The Polyfoam Handyboard is a general use extruded polystyrene (XPS) insulation board for walls, floors and roofs in all building types including domestic extensions, refurbishments, and upgrades.

The thickness range is offered in smaller quantities to make it easier to order and deliver to DIYers, contractors and installers.

The Polyfoam Handyboard is delivered using a standard parcel delivery service.

The smaller board sizes make the easy-to-handle-products ideal for domestic projects to achieve a high quality end result with high in compressive strength, excellent moisture tolerance and thermally efficient XPS insulation.

For pricing on our full range of products (Polyfoam Floorboard, Polyfoam Roofboard, Polyfoam Laminates) can be ordered directly (up to 8 packs). Polyfoam are always very helpful and provide information very quickly. The product is good and is still covered by a BBA certificate and is suitable for use in below slab ground floors on large buildings so it is perfect for what we need.
Adrian
With its British Board of Agrement (BBA) certificate I was reassured that Polyfoam insulation had all the right accreditations and could provide sufficient compressive strength to carry the applied loads.

Installing an insulation product that was highly resistant to moisture absorption and could provide a line of defence against moisture penetration from the concrete slab was particularly needed for our project. What’s more, as XPS is a lightweight material it meant that installation was very quick and easy, which resulted in us coming across no problems and keeping on track in order to complete the projects on time.
